Remodeling a 1970's home is a daunting task for just about anyone.  My clients shared photos of a potential new home to see if it had any potential. It had a lot going for it, but desperately needed an updated interior. Recalling the beautiful environment we created previously, I encouraged them to take the leap.  After all, the property was estate-like, and four other family members lived on the same street. While the couple wintered in Florida, we worked fast and furiously to get this home to meet their high standards. The challenges were:  To fit in an elevator, create space for a coffee station, design a prolific new fireplace, and utilize several pieces from the previous home.

Fait accompli!  The house is an exciting expression of crisp, modern black and white with vibrant accent colors. There are comfortable spaces for everyone.  And... a place to grab a great cup of coffee.  It's the Grande Dame of the block!
